Paper draft

The paper draft must include at least four pages of readable text that is complete enough for readers to understand the argument of the paper, the sources it is drawing upon, provide an idea of what the final paper will look like. Must include footnotes and a bibliography in Chicago style and follow the course writing requirements. See Reading, Writing, and Researching for History for a guide to how to do humanities research and how to write a research paper. In order to receive full credit, students must participate in the peer editing exercise in class. Bring one hard copy of your paper draft to class on Thursday, December 3.
