 One day an employee at your company, Mary Jenkins, is angered by a negative performance review given by a manager named Tom Smith.  She decides to go on her Facebook account to air her grievances.  She writes on her personal email account that "Tom Smith is a jerk ...he is a brainless man who shouldn't be a manager."  Many of her friends who don't work at your company like her comment, and two people comment.  One comment says "Tell 'em like it is" and another says "You deserve better."  The following day Mary writes a second post that says "There's no standards for workplace evaluations where I work...I work hard and don't even get paid overtime."  This comments gets more likes, mainly from Facebook friends who work with Mary.  Many of these people who work with Mary also comment about their specific experiences with working long hours not making overtime.

The CEO of your company comes to you and says you need to fire Mary.  Can you do this?  Tell me why or why not based on both posts.
