  1. Propose an idea for an adaptive reuse project in Blacksburg this can be the same or different than the one you developed in class. Describe how this benefits the community. Your benefits should be specific.(i.e. economic benefits, environmental benefits). For example how much additional revenue to surrounding properties is associated with the project? You must also make a connection to the reading in Chapter 4 of Carbon Zero. Your discussion post should be between 100-500 words.
