Student Information & Group Preferences Form

Fill out the Google Form embedded below to give me some basic information about yourself and how you work. 

I keep notes on every student, including details on questions you have, advice I've given you, circumstances that might effect your work, and so on. I’ll use your answers to set up my notes with your background information. It's easier for me if you enter your information, rather than me having to handwrite everything.

This form also gathers the information I will use to set up your groups for the Project Management portion of the course.

Assessment: Canvas automatically marks your work Complete when you submit it.  All you have to do is fill out the form and submit it. I will only reverse the credit if I find you failed to fill out the Google form.
