This 'assignment' does not affect your grade in anyway. It is just a way to simplify tracking students' SSD accommodation details.

If you do not have SSD Accommodations, please do not submit anything here.

If you do have SSD Accommodations, please upload your letter here and leave any specific requests in the text box. No one else can see this except me. If you would like to further discuss your situation, please come visit my office hours (Wednesdays 1:30-2:30). If you have class during these times, please let me know when you are otherwise available. 

The only timed assignments we will have in this class are the midterm and final, so if your accommodation is regarding extra test on times, those will be the only two affected situations.
