Effort Expectations-Based Course Grade

The rubric attached to this assignment shows the how you met the Effort Expectations for the course, given all of the work you did during the term. In evaluating your progress, I weight the number of Completes you earn for Best Draft Submissions as the largest part of your grade. Based on this information, I have indicated the grade that you have based on the Effort Expectations chart.

You have two options at this point:

• If you agree with the grade indicated for this assignment, do nothing. This grade will become your course grade. You can skip the final exam.
• If you disagree and want to propose a different grade, complete the final exam to argue for the grade you believe you deserve. Use this information in this rubric as the baseline for the course grade you propose in your Final Exam. Your course grade will be indicated as the grade on the final exam.
