Once you have completed the Honor Code Review, you will be prompted to take a quiz. Once you finish the quiz, please upload a screen shot of the results. Be sure that your name is clearly visible for full credit.

It is a self-enrolling module. Students will complete a few lessons and then there is a final quiz at the end. 

Please upload your assigned 'badge' from the course OR the screen shots of your quiz grades. The screen shot should include your name for proper identification.
