This course is for students to: 

1. 1. Download and install Respondus LockDown Browser.
   2. Test their Respondus LockDown Browsers before attempting graded quizzes in course sites.

Join this Site

1. 1. Click "Join this Course" at the top right of the screen.
   2. Click "Enroll in Course." (This is not a graded course! It's just for helping students with Respondus!)

Download Respondus

1. 1. Go to the test quiz in this site and click Take the Quiz. You'll be prompted to download and install Respondus.
   2. Refer to complete installation instructions here: Taking Quizzes with Respondus LockDown Browser and Monitor. 

Test Respondus

Classic Quiz:

1. 1. Open Respondus LockDown Browser on your computer.
   2. Navigate to the Respondus Test Site.
   3. Open Classic Quiz- Requires Respondus LockDown Browser or Classic Quiz - Requires Respondus LockDown Browser + Webcam.

New Quiz:

1. 1. In your normal browser, open New Quiz- Requires Respondus LockDown Browser or New Quiz - Requires Respondus LockDown Browser + Webcam.
   2. Respondus LockDown Browser will launch automatically.

Troubleshoot Respondus Issues

• Go through the Troubleshooting Guide.
• Browse Student Support Links to an external site. for common issues.
• Go to Respondus Technical Support Links to an external site. and click Submit a Ticket.
• Go to the 4Help Portal, log in, and click Get Help to submit an incident.
