BASECAMP: An automated onboarding tool to enable online educational outreach
I have designed a WhatsApp Chatbot to act as a conversational-style onboarding tool for the low-resource mobile learning environment. Interacting with the tool is as familiar as a chat with a new friend on WhatsApp, which lowers barriers for anxious students and allows for the automatic collection of initial data needed to launch a successful educational outreach program.
