This activity consists of short answer questions related to your topic and audience for the semester-long projects. Answer the questions below to test the topic you want to propose. You must be able to answer “Yes” to all the questions to have a topic that works. Once you have a topic that works, you are ready to write your Subject Selection Message. You can revise and reuse the information from this homework when you write your message. 

Grading

Canvas will give you credit for this homework activity automatically. Traci will check responses and reverse the grade if you do not put in a good-faith effort (meaning you talk about a topic and audience for the semester-long project, answer all the questions, and redo the activity with a new topic if you cannot answer “Yes” to the first five questions).
