Today you will be starting your individual project.

1. Before class is done, complete the following survey for 10 points classwork: https://virginiatech.qualtrics.com/SE/?SID=SV_2gJRxKUlrumYAwB Links to an external site.
2. Start by downloading your dataset from: think.cs.vt.edu/datasets/python/

• If you have any questions about your dataset, please ask now.
• You are not required to use the exact same dataset that you asked for originally, but it must be one of the available datasets.
• Keep in mind that there might be new datasets available, so take a look - but do not waste time browsing, you need to get started ASAP!

1. You will need to download two files (.py and .db) and place them into your computational_thinking folder.
2. Follow the instructions on the page to import the file into Spyder, just like we did with the crime data.
3. Get started on your project:

• Make sure you understand what you are responsible for: Book - 7.2) Project - Overview
• If you need help, consult the example project: Book - 7.4) Project - An Example
• The final project is due Monday, May 2 at 8am. Time will fly, get started now!
