Spaced Repetition-2
Spaced Repetition is an evidenced-base strategic spacing of studying to achieve optimal long-term memorization of material, as opposed to cramming the night before the test and forgetting it all 24 hours. We've all been there! You may have heard of this in reference to vocab or other flashcard apps that test you on incorrect answers at a certain spacing. However, the general principle can be useful to you over the course of the semester so that you don't find yourself trying to re-learn an entire semester's worth of information in just a few days.
Why spaced repetition? Because of an unfortunate thing called the 'forgetting curve'. Sometimes I think of how smart I'd be if I could remember everything I've ever read. But, alas, the forgetting curve.
