As a technology savvy, educator and instructional designer in Instruction Design and Technology, he is very interested in learning emerging technogloies and is very quick in learning different software and applications. Andy is enthusiastic in exploring all the possibilities in enhancing the effectiveness and outcomes of teaching and learning. Andy-guoqiang is also a multitasker, a responsible team worker. He loves sports such as swimming, basketball, and badminton.
