Zoom

For problems logging into Zoom, contact Virginia Tech 4Help:

• Go to 4help.vt.edu Links to an external site., log in with your PID and PID password, and click Get Help.

For problems using Zoom, contact Zoom Support:

• Search Zoom documentation in the Zoom Help Center Links to an external site..
• Chat live (24-7) with Zoom support. Go to Zoom Video Communications Technical Support Links to an external site. and click Chat live.
• Call Zoom support (24-7) at 888-799-9666 ext 2.

Kaltura/My Media/Media Gallery

If you need help with Kaltura:

General questions about moving online

See Training  or Put in a 4Help incident

1. Go to 4help.vt.edu. 
2. Log in with your PID and passphrase.
3. Click Get Help.
4. Type in your question.

• If related to your course site, include the URL and the course CRN.
• Include screenshots if possible.
• Type in anything you have tried to troubleshoot your problem (ex. switching browsers, restarting your computer, etc.)
• Click Submit.
